In short
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, sets no analytics, and collects no personal data automatically beyond what your browser and our host technically require. We only process the data you choose to send us when you contact us.

2. Principles and legal bases
We follow the principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation. We collect only the data necessary to respond to your enquiries and to operate this website securely, and we keep it only for as long as needed.
Where we process personal data, we rely on one of the following legal bases under Article 6(1) of the GDPR:
- Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time with future effect;
- Art. 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;
- Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject;
- Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interests (for example, operating a secure, functioning website and responding to enquiries), provided your interests or fundamental rights do not override them.
3. What data we process
3.1 Contact by form or e-mail
Our contact form is privacy-friendly by design: it does not transmit your data to us or to any third-party server. When you submit it, the form opens your own e-mail programme with the message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. If you contact us by the form or directly by e-mail, we process the information you provide — typically your name, e-mail address, and the content of your message — in order to handle your enquiry.
- Purpose: responding to and administering your enquiry.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
- Retention: for as long as needed to process your request and to meet any legal retention obligations, after which the data is deleted.
3.2 Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information that your browser transmits, such as the requesting IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, and browser/operating-system data. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security.
- Purpose: secure and stable operation of the website.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website).
- Retention: log data is stored for a limited period by the host and then deleted or anonymised.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking, analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers, social-media pixels or external fonts. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no cookie-consent banner is required. Your browser's local settings remain under your control at all times.
5. Recipients of data
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf strictly as needed (for example, our hosting provider), under appropriate data-processing agreements. We may disclose data where legally required.
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access (Art. 15) | Obtain confirmation of, and a copy of, the data we hold about you. |
| Rectification (Art. 16) | Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. |
| Erasure (Art. 17) | Request deletion of your data where legal grounds apply. |
| Restriction (Art. 18) | Request that we limit processing in certain circumstances. |
| Portability (Art. 20) | Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. |
| Objection (Art. 21) | Object to processing based on legitimate interests. |
| Withdraw consent | Withdraw any consent at any time, with future effect. |
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@fpm-health.com.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus, this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Γραφείο Επιτρόπου Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα). You may also contact the authority in your country of residence.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is built as a static site with no database of visitor data.
10. External links
This website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
